Alimentaria 2012, being held at Barcelona is one of the biggest International Food and Drinks Exhibition which attracts internationally recognised food and drink manufacturers, distributors, traders and exhibitors. The Spanish cheese industry is the highlight in this section where visitors are toured through the history of Spanish cheese with the help of exhibits and local cheese samples like fresh cheese, sheep milk/goat milk cheese, smoked and toasted cheese, flavoured cheese, blue cheese….and the list goes on!
